  14. Garam masala powder: 1/2 tablespoon
  15. Fresh coriander : 1 tablespoon
  16. Salt : according to your taste

Pre- preparation:
  • Boil 4 potatoes for nearly 30 minutes in water. Check if they are soft by inserting knife or spoon handle. Then take out , let them cool and peel off their skins. Roughly crush these boiled potatoes.
Procedure:
  • To make stuffing masala , put 2 ladles mustard oil or refined oil in frypan. When oil becomes hot,  put cumin seeds,  garlic, ginger and onions in it. When onions becomes translucent,  add coriander powder,  dried fenugreek leaves ( crush with palms of hand), red chilli powder, black pepper powder,  turmeric powder, mango powder and salt according to your taste. After 1 minute add crushed boiled potatoes in it, also add 2 finely chopped green chillies and saute for 2 minutes on low flame. Turn off the gas .Add 1/2 tablespoon garam masala powder on it.
  • Now, we will make each capsicum totally empty from inside. Cut tip and nearby area of tip with knife  keep a circular hole on top so that we can stuff material through this hole after some time. Also take out all material from inside capsicum with knife  . Take out seeds from inside with knife.Dont cut from bottom or any where else. Just make a hole on top only. So, all capsicums are totally empty and have a circular hole on top.
  • Now, we will stuff the prepared masala for stuffing  in all capsicums. With spoon, take masala and fill it in capsicum through the hole on top.Put masala inside of capsicum with spoon and also use handle of spoon to properly push the masala into capsicums. If masala is not too hot,  you can also use fingers to properly stuff the masala. Fill the masala fully in capsicum, there should not be any empty space left in capsicum.
  • Now, to fry these capsicums , put 2 -3 ladles of refined oil in frypan on medium flame. When oil become hot, turn gas on low-medium flame. Put all capsicums one by one in frypan with bottom side touching the frypan. It will take nearly 20 minutes to cook.In between, keep changing the sides of capsicums after every 2-3 minutes. All sides should be dried. When capsicums are 85-90 cooked and golden brown from some sides, then turn the gas off. Your bharva shimla mirch is ready to serve. Sprinkle some finely chopped coriander for garnishing.
I am sure you will keep licking your fingers because this recipe is too much tasty.
