 Today we will make Pasta recipe.

Pasta Recipe:
Serving: 4 persons 
Cooking time: 25 minutes 
Utensils used: 
    1 Pot (patila in hindi)
    1 frypan 
    1 ladle( kadshi in hindi)
    1 tablespoon( bada chamach in hindi)
    1 teaspoon( chhota chamach in hindi)
    1 strainer( Chhanani in Hindi)

Ingredients for Pasta Recipe:
  1. Pasta : 500 gm 
  2. Refined oil : 1 ladle 
  3. Green , red, yellow capsicum(Shimla mirch):  1/2 bowl chopped 
  4. Mushrooms : 1/2 bowl chopped 
  5. Peas(mattar in hindi) : 4 tablespoons
  6. Onions :1 finely chopped ( medium size)
  7. Tomato : 2 finely chopped  ( or tomato puree 1 bowl)
  8. Cream : 4 -6  tablespoons
  9. Garlic  : 1 tablespoon finely chopped ( or garlic paste) 
  10. Ginger:  1 tablespoon finely chopped ( or ginger paste)
  11. Turmeric ( haldi) powder: 1/4 teaspoon 
  12. Red chilli( Lal mirch) powder : 1/4 teaspoon
  13. Black pepper ( kali mirch) powder: 1/4 teaspoon 
  14. Green chillies: 1 finely chopped ( or 1/2 tablespoon green chilli paste)
  15. Coriander (dhaniya in hindi) powder: 1/2 tablespoon 
  16. Cumin seeds(Jeera in hindi) powder: 1/2 teaspoon 
  17. Tomato sauce: 1 tablespoon for each serving 
  18. Fresh Coriander: 1/2 tablespoon finely chopped for garnishing 
  19. Salt : according to your taste 
  20. Water: nearly 1 litre

Procedure:
  • Boil 500 gm pasta in pot by adding 1 litre water. Boil for 15 minutes on full gas flame.
  • While pasta is boiling, let's make masala for pasta. In frypan, put 1  ladle refined oil . When oil become hot, add cumin seeds powder, garlic,  ginger and onion. Saute for 5 minutes on medium flame. When onion become translucent,  Add coriander powder, Turmeric powder, green chilli, red chilli powder,  black pepper powder. After 1  or 2   minute add tomatoes or tomato puree and add salt.Saute and cover lid for 5  minutes at low medium flame. 
  • When this masala  looks oily and all ingredients mixed together, add cream and saute for 3 minutes .Then add all capsicums,  mushrooms and peas. Saute for 10 - 15 minutes until vegetables become soft.While cooking, If recipe become dry or sticking to surface of frypan then add 1 or 2 tablespoons of water to make it wet after every 3- 4 minutes. 
  • When vegetables become soft or cooked properly. Now it's time to add pasta.On the other side pasta is boiled. So, drain the water through strainer. Put these pasta in masala we already made. Cover the lid and cook for 10 minutes on low flame.So that all ingredients mixed  together. Now, turn off the gas. Pasta is ready . 
  • Serve pasta recipe with tomato sauce and sprinkle some finely chopped coriander on pasta. I am sure when you eat, you will keep licking your fingers because it is too much tasty.
